For bike fitters

Do sizing work without the premises, the marketing or the admin

We bring you the client and the tooling. You bring the judgement. Remote sessions, fixed fee, nothing to buy.

The economics of fitting are brutal, and you know it

A fitting studio is a fixed cost that only earns when somebody is physically in it. Your market is a thirty-mile radius. Your income is capped by how many bodies come through the door in a week, and there are holes in your calendar that nothing fills.

Meanwhile a rider on the other side of the world is about to buy the wrong frame and would happily pay for forty-five minutes of your expertise, but has no way to find you and no reason to trust you if they did.

Remote sizing closes that gap. Same expertise, no premises, no travel.

What the network gives you

Clients, not leads.

They arrive booked and prepaid. No quoting, no chasing, no no-shows costing you a slot you can't refill.

The tooling.

Sizing engine, pose analysis, position modelling, geometry database. The maths is done and validated. You do what software can't, which is read the individual in front of you and decide what actually matters.

Your availability, your rules.

Set the hours you'll take. A network session slots into the gaps around your existing work rather than competing with it.

No setup cost.

No equipment, no software licence, no monthly fee, no minimum volume.

A report that makes you look good.

Every session produces a professional written report to a consistent standard. Your client shows it to their shop. Your work travels.

What we ask

  • A recognised bike fitting qualification, or demonstrable equivalent experience
  • Real competence with position and geometry. This is a numbers job as much as an eyes job
  • Reliable video and internet
  • Availability you'll actually honour
  • Willingness to work to a shared protocol, so every report the network produces means the same thing
  • The honesty to tell a client their dream bike is wrong for them

What we don't ask for: exclusivity. Keep your studio, your clients, your brand. This is additional work, not a replacement for it.

How a session runs

  1. Set your availability. Blocks of time you're willing to take remote sessions in.
  2. Bookings arrive. Clients pick you by name or take whoever's free. Prepaid, with the intake form completed.
  3. Open the case. One click from your calendar into the sizing tool, already populated with the client's details.
  4. Run the session. Measurements, video capture, position build, bike matching. Forty-five minutes.
  5. Send the report. Generated from the case. You review it, add your notes, it goes.

Where we actually are

This is early. The network is small and we're building it deliberately rather than fast, because one bad report damages every fitter in it.

That means two things. You'd be joining a founding cohort with real influence over how this works: the protocol, the tooling, the commercial terms. And we can't promise you volume yet. Anyone who does at this stage is guessing.

If that sounds like a reason to wait, wait. If it sounds like a reason to be early, talk to us.
